Who we are
RBS Auto Work is the automotive services group of Radd Payment Solutions, LLC, a Massachusetts company that runs billing, receivables, bookkeeping and payroll for operating businesses. RBS Auto Work is where that capability is applied to automotive service companies we operate or partner with.
RBS Emden LLC, our vehicle lift and mechanical service company, is the operating business most commercial customers deal with day to day: it sells and installs vehicle lifts, performs ALI certified inspections and keeps lifts, tire changers and balancers in service across the Mid-Atlantic. RBS Customs LLC designs and builds custom classic Broncos for private clients.
How the group works
Each company runs its own technicians, shop and inventory. What they share is the back office: scheduling, invoicing, customer accounts and receivables run centrally, so a customer with three locations gets one point of contact and one consistent invoice. The same team provides receivables management to a small number of partner operators who keep their own name and crews. It is a back-office service for established automotive businesses we work with directly, not a public offering.
Where we are
Our administrative office is at 47 Pleasant Street, Suite BS, Northampton, MA 01060. Lift and mechanical crews are based in Maryland and Pennsylvania and travel throughout the Mid-Atlantic. Custom builds are by appointment.
